Secure Inpatient
Secure Inpatient care (SCIP and SAIP) is designed for children and adolescents who need longer term support and intense therapy services. Trillium is the only provider of Secure Inpatient treatment for children and adolescents in Oregon.
Subacute
Subacute Treatment offers brief and intensive on-site psychiatric services that stabilize a young person after a significant emotional or behavioral incident with the goal of achieving behavioral and mental health stabilization in order to prepare each child for the next phase of care.
Psychiatric Residential
Trillium’s Psychiatric Residential Treatment Services program (PRTS) offers short-term, on-site psychiatric services for young people requiring 24-hour support for emotional and behavioral challenges.
Sender House: Young Adult Program
The Young Adult Program at Sender House is a voluntary residential program for individuals struggling with significant mental health diagnoses as they transition toward independent living.
Intensive Community Treatment Services & Intensive Outpatient Program
Trillium’s Intensive Community Treatment Services and Intensive Outpatient for children and their families include individual therapy, family therapy, medication management, and skills training.
Therapeutic Equine Program
Trillium’s Therapeutic Equine Program, also known as Equine Skills Training, is a program that develops an individualized plan to work with the specific needs of each client.
Psychiatric Day Treatment
Day Treatment (also called “Psychiatric Day Treatment”) is a mental health program provided in a school-like setting, with a focus on mental health treatment including individual therapy, family therapy, medication management, and skills groups.

We are a multi-disciplinary school-based team of psychiatrists, therapists, and skills trainers working with clients and families to help them understand and manage their mental health needs.
Chrysalis Support Group
Chrysalis is a school-based prevention program to support teenage, female-identifying trauma survivors.

The purpose of mental health prevention and education services is to promote healthy development and formation of healthy lifestyles and behaviors in children, adolescents, and families.
