What is your role and primary responsibility within the organization?
I oversee all aspects of Trillium’s recruitment strategy and workforce development. Currently in this environment of health care workforce shortages, I am collaborating with workforce boards, universities, and colleges to develop job pathways in order to create a sustainable pipeline of incoming professionals.
What is a passion or hobby outside of work that brings you joy?
Outside of work I keep busy with my two teenagers and traveling the country to see family.
What motivated you to pursue a career in mental health?
I have spent my whole career working in mental health and the thing that keeps me working in this field is my core belief that what you put out there comes back to you. I want to make the world and people’s lives better.
