I am the Vice President of Residential Operations at the Corvallis Campus. My responsibilities include overseeing the Clinical Program Managers and other department managers and leaders on campus. I also help to oversee Operations and ensure our quality initiatives are being implemented and we are operating within our policies and procedures and compliant with regulations and administrative rules. Finally, I also collaborate with the rest of the organization’s leadership team to create continuity across our many different campuses, levels of care, and programs and ensure good communication and workflow between departments.
