Paid Holidays/Sick Leave/Vacation:

Begins accruing from date of hire, and for most employees is available for use after it has been accrued and when the employee reaches 90 days of employment.

Health Insurance:

Trillium’s comprehensive benefit program includes medical, pharmacy, dental and vision coverage for eligible employees.

Retirement Plan:

Eligible employees receive a contribution up to 6% of eligible wages.

Life & Disability Insurance:

Effective on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment as a regularly scheduled employee working 30 or more hours per week, the agency provides term life and long-term disability insurance at the agency’s expense.
