Senior Vice President of Human Resources
What is your role and primary responsibility within the organization?
As Senior Vice President of Clinical Infrastructure and Compliance Officer, I oversee departments which support Trillium’s clinical work – Access, Health Information Management and Quality Improvement. I also supervise our Family Partnership Coordinator, Resilience Consultant, and our On-Call Clinical Licensure Supervisors.

What is a passion or hobby outside of work that brings you joy?
I love spending time at my mountain property and through the Winter and early Spring months can be found on the ski slopes with family and friends. When the weather warms up, I love to continue to take advantage of what the Pacific NW has to offer from hiking and rafting to taking in the local wineries.
What motivated you to pursue a career in mental health?
I have spent my career with Trillium Family Services. I started here right out of undergrad to explore what I wanted to do. Turns out, I got it right to begin with. Following thirteen years in direct service I made my way to the human resources department. Here I have the opportunity to continue to serve, mentor and be a part of the amazing work we’re doing with children and families.
