Continuing Education and Clinical Trainings
Trillium Family Services is committed to learning and providing opportunities for clinicians and other mental health employees to expand their skill set. As a leader in the field, Trillium aims to provide meaningful and practical training offerings that meet the needs of community partners and individuals looking to augment their practice when it comes to evidence based modalities and interventions that elicit client success. Trillium’s goal is to ultimately create a learning hub that encourages continued growth for all professionals in the industry.
Trillium currently hosts trainings at the Historic Old School Conference and Event Center. Located on the Children’s Farm Home Campus in Corvallis, Oregon, the Historic Old School provides space for groups both small and large to convene. Classrooms have been converted into modern learning spaces, perfect for large group discussion and instruction, and small group break-out sessions. Complete with state-of-the-art technology equipment and catering services, the Historic Old School provides a one stop location that is conducive to collaborative learning and community engagement.
- Collaborative Problem Solving Full Day Introductory Training (9/13): This day long introductory training is intended for educators, mental health clinicians, parents, and community partners. Click here for details and to purchase tickets.
- Collaborative Problem Solving Tier I Training (10/2-10/4): This 2‐1/2 day intensive training is intended for educators, mental health clinicians, parents, and community partners. Through a more empathetic and accurate understanding of what is getting in a child’s way, we (educators, parents, clinicians) are better able to intervene to support children through a collaborative process of teaching skills and solving problems.
