Sandy Boyle is responsible for assisting the Executive Team and the Board of Directors with creating, communicating, implementing, and sustaining strategic initiatives, with the goal of helping Trillium align and integrate its capabilities to turn ideas into positive social impact. Ms. Boyle oversees the Project Management Office, Quality Improvement, Health Information Management and the partnership with Footprints Behavioral Healthcare Interventions autism services. Ms. Boyle and her team utilize processes and data to support the development of innovative programs or services, assess the field to identify emerging trends and recommend new initiatives to grow the organization.
Ms. Boyle began her career at Trillium as a Waverly Children’s Home Outpatient Therapist, and since then has held the roles of Outpatient Program Supervisor, Community Services Director, Regional Director and Vice President of Provider Services. She has been in the mental health profession for over 20 years, working in a variety of residential and community mental health agencies as well as juvenile justice settings.
Before her time with Trillium, Ms. Boyle worked specifically with pregnant and parenting adolescents for three years and with juveniles with law violations for four years at the Donald E. Long Juvenile Detention Facility and in a Multnomah County Diversion Program.
Ms. Boyle earned her Master’s of Science degree in Clinical Child and Youth Work with a specialization in Family Work from Western Oregon State University, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Oregon.
