Regina Renn directs the teams that comprise the Health Information Management Department. Together they support the clinical and business services in all Trillium Family Services locations. Their responsibilities include the format, function and integrity of the electronic health record, medical transcription and coding, release of information and HIPAA privacy rule compliance.
Regina began her tenure with Trillium in 1997 at the Children’s Farm Home. Prior to joining Trillium she worked in legal, court and law enforcement records departments in the Bay Area of California. She has been credentialed through the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) since 2004. Regina is proud of the work that she and her team do in support of the Trillium mission.
