Jessie Eagan is responsible for the overall operations of Trillium’s residential programs, and oversees both the Parry Center in Portland and the Children’s Farm Home in Corvallis.  She supervises the Vice Presidents of each campus and works with the Edwards day treatment program in Portland, providing clinical leadership, direction, strategy development, and management of these programs.  She also works closely with clinicians, providing training and clinical supervision for therapists working towards licensure.

Jessie earned a Bachelor’s of Science in psychology, as well as two Masters Degrees in Social Work and Human Development & Family Studies at the University of Illinois.  She worked as a therapist, supervisor, and administrator at mental health agencies in Illinois and California before moving to Portland in 2007.  Her clinical experience in outpatient clinic-based care, school-based settings, and residential treatment has focused on providing client-centered services to children, adolescents, and their families.  Jessie has worked at Trillium since her move to Portland, and worked as a residential therapist at the Parry Center, Manager of the Four Corners therapeutic school program, and Director of Quality Improvement before moving into her current role.

In her spare time, Jessie volunteers for the Oregon Humane Society and is an avid Timbers fan.  She enjoys hanging out with her husband and pets, reading, spending time outside, and exploring all of the many amazing restaurants in Portland.
