We had the honor of chatting with recording artist Michael Kiwanuka during his live performance at the Skype Live Studio.  Michael grew up in London and is the son of Ugandan parents who escaped the Amin Regime. Kiwanuka’s take on the world is insightful and humble. In 2016 he was awarded “Best Global Act” by the prestigious HiPipo Music Awards for his many musical accomplishments and highlighted “Love & Hate” album.

Michael sat down with Keep Oregon Well advocate, Shelia Hamilton to discuss the importance of personal wellness as a musician, an online public figure, and as an every day human.
