Schedule: 40 hours/week - Monday through Friday
Pay Range: Starting at $20.01/hour

Job Summary:  Responsible for supporting and assisting Trillium Family Services physicians and nurses with administrative and organizational tasks. Support clients with facilitation of appointments with pediatric clinic and external provider services. Position navigates individual client insurance and maintains network of care providers for all agency contracted insurance carriers.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Education/Experience: Preference given to those with bachelors’ degree in health care administration, human services, mental health, medical field or a related field.  May substitute 2 years’ experience in clinical or community resource settings; care coordination and/or case management; medical assistant.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Maintain a driving record acceptable by the agency and a current driver’s license for state of residence, when authorized to use own vehicle for agency business, employee must maintain personal insurance. Keep first aid and CPR certification current.

Job Knowledge: Understanding of medical terminology as related to mental health, knowledge of computer systems and scheduling.

Skills:  Interpersonal customer service skills; computer skills; word processing and data entry; understanding of basic health care skills.
