Keep Oregon Well attended the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) – Oregon Chapter for International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day. It is the one day a year when people affected by suicide loss gather around the world at events in their local communities to find comfort and gain understanding as they share stories of healing and hope.
The event included a screening of Life Journeys: Reclaiming Life after Loss, the newest AFSP-produced Survivor Day documentary that traces the grief and healing journey that follows a suicide loss over time. After viewing the documentary, there were support groups for loss survivors.
This event deeply touched all of the participants and the #KeepOregonWell Street Team. Click here to find support.
