Courage My Love is a three-piece rock band from Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Formed in 2009 the band consists of twin sisters Mercedes Arn-Horn and Phoenix Arn-Horn in addition to bassist Brandon Lockwood. Mercedes was gracious enough to sit down with JoAnn Schinderle to discuss wellness at the 2017 Van’s Warped Tour in Salem Oregon. The band believes in mental health advocacy, their song “Drowning” is about talking a friend with mental health issues out of committing suicide.
