We still need your help! As a beneficiary of the LPGA Portland Classic, Trillium is in charge of recruiting and coordinating almost 400 volunteers to help throughout tournament week in positions of caddy and hospitality. As of right now, we have about 40 caddy shifts still left to secure and we are in URGENT need to close that gap!
If you can carry or pull a golf bag with a pull cart, then you can totally do this! We have a variety of volunteers signed up to help – men, women, professionals, students, teenagers, and lots of long-time volunteers that have helped support this endeavor for multiple years in a row!
WHEN WE NEED YOU: Wednesday, August 12, 2015 starting at 10:30am for check in, with caddies going out to the course soon after.
*All Volunteers receive a Trillium hat and polo shirt! Additionally, volunteers will be provided refreshments and lunch during the shift(s) they sign up for.
**As an added incentive, we are offering any volunteer who refers another volunteer (who signs up and shows up!) a $5 gift card to Starbucks. Additional referrals mean more gift cards bestowed to you! Person with the most volunteer referrals will win a $50 Jake’s Famous Crawfish gift card! *Offer applies to those who have already signed up as well. If you have volunteered before, but do not remember your username and password, click on “Forgot your username or password?” under the “Already Registered” section. Update any of your contact information and then register for your shifts.
1. Caddies may only sign up for ONE shift per day, no double shifts allowed.
2. We unfortunately cannot accommodate groups for caddy shifts. If you are part of a group that would like to be together, we encourage you to sign up for a hospitality shift.
PS: If you have already signed up for a shift, your shirt, hat, and other detailed directions will be available for pick up at Trillium’s administrative office located at 3608 SE Powell Blvd. If you are unable to pick up your packets prior to the tournament day, we will have your items available at the course when you arrive for your shift.
